DNS pointing and web hosting

Innovative Service Routes support will work with you on making DNS changes that will allow us to host your domain, typically pointed to our cusomizeable website template. Once the proper DNS records are created, we will generate the necessary security certificate (TLS/SSL) so that your website always runs in a secure browser session.

We use technology provided by Amazon Web Services. This technology helps us maintain uptime, redundancy, and security. By hosting with us, you are relieved of many of the challenges that come with maintaining your own services, letting you focus on your business.

DNS Records we'll have you create or modify

• "A" records pointing to 15.197.233.143 and 3.33.217.199
• "CName" record for www pointing to alb.iserviceroutes.com
• "CName" record pointing to a custom record we will provide for TLS/SSL

DNS changes should be made in such a way that your existing web traffic is not interrupted. This usually means we'll have you lower the TTL settings in advance of our changes.

If you have a strong SEO presence with your existing website, you should also discuss with support any custom landing pages you may need to add to our template-based website.
